I’m Rainy Rainmaker, founder of Rainmakers Coaching International. For more than a decade, I’ve supported capable professionals and leaders to understand the inner patterns shaping how they work, lead and live - and create lasting change from the inside out.
My work includes life coaching, career coaching and executive coaching for clients in Singapore and online.

Why this work is personal
For years, I looked as though I was doing fine on the outside, but privately wrestled with confidence, anxiety and the constant feeling of “not enough.”
I held back in meetings. I over-prepared. Presentations felt paralysing, and networking felt unnatural. I turned down opportunities, not because I lacked ability, but because self-doubt was running the show.
Later, I learned what it felt like to outgrow a chapter and not know what the next one should be.
What changed wasn’t a new personality. It was learning to work with the inner patterns that were quietly limiting me, so my capability could show up more consistently.
