Why This Work Is Personal

I don’t teach this from theory – I’ve lived it.

For years, I looked like I was doing fine on the outside, but privately wrestled with confidence, anxiety, and the constant feeling of “not enough.”

I held back in meetings. I over-prepared. Presentations felt paralysing. Networking felt unnatural. And I turned down opportunities – not because I lacked ability, but because self-doubt was running the show.

Later, I also learned what it feels like to outgrow a chapter – and not know what the next one should be, even when everything looks “fine” on paper.

What changed wasn’t a new personality. It was learning how to work with the inner patterns that were quietly limiting me – so my real capability could show up consistently.

Many clients benefit from a blend of both, because career and life are rarely separate.

4) Is this therapy? What’s the difference between coaching and counselling?

Coaching is not therapy. Therapy often focuses on diagnosis, healing past trauma, and mental health treatment, while coaching focuses on growth, goals, and practical change - how you think, decide, and act going forward. 5) How long does coaching usually take?
